Day 1: Arrival in Umbria and accommodation in a farmhouse / 3 * hotel, free lunch and self-guided visit of Assisi.
Peace and love! This is the greeting with which Assisi welcomes you, the birthplace of St. Francis, patron saint of Italy, the Franciscan place par excellence, a point of reference throughout the world for those who, believers and non-believers, admire, imitate, study, pray, they remember or look for the poor man of Assisi. Place of spirituality, but also of art, nature and history without equal. You will visit the Basilica of San Francesco, and the places where the fiction "May God Help Us" was filmed. Audio guide available for rent inside the Basilica.
Free dinner, return to accommodation and overnight stay.

Day 2: Rafting adventure on the river in Valnerina with lunch in a restaurant.
Today we will live an unforgettable experience of great emotional impact aboard an unsinkable rubber dinghy, an adrenaline-pumping experience in the midst of the authentic nature of Umbria between ever new landscapes just a few strokes of the oar. Rafting near the Marmore is undoubtedly one of the most fun and exciting activities to experience in Umbria. Accompanied by an expert instructor, we will embark on an adventurous descent on streams, driven by water currents, between places of great naturalistic interest otherwise inaccessible: rock walls, waterfalls, woods and large meadows. All the necessary equipment will be provided and at the end of the descent, you will find hot showers and changing rooms. Afterwards, we will go to a local restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunch - drinks included.
